Reclaim, Renew, Rebirth: A women’s workshop of sacred myth and yoga
Sunday, May 5, 2019
11 am – 2 pm
Wonderworks
496 College St. @ Palmerston
Toronto ON, M6G 1A4
Recalling the initiation of the ancient Sumerian goddess Inanna, this workshop honours a feminine archetypal journey of transformation.
We reflect on sacrifices we have made and embrace wholeness and authentic self-expression.
Through pranayama (breath work), kundalini yoga, and guided meditation with shamanic drum, we give life to deeper parts of ourselves that want to be expressed.
The safe space of this retreat is for cis and trans women.
Please bring your yoga mat, water bottle, journal and pen, as well as any item you would like to place at the altar we will have in the space for blessing (you will take this home again). No experience in yoga necessary.
